Foods To Reduce Menstrual Pain

To reduce the pain during menstruation, there are certain food nutrients, which can be used, including:
* Food contains essential fatty acids like Omega 3 and Omega 6 are often found in deep-sea fish, nuts, flaxseed, and others.
* Vitamin B, in many vegetables, beans, meat, seafood, eggs, and found so on.
Minerals: magnesium, it is possible, grains, nuts, green vegetables, fruit, meat, fish and others.
* Source of antioxidants such as vitamins A, C, E, the fresh fruit and vegetables can be eaten.
